Frank holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation and completed his Master of Business Administration (Accounting) at the University of Toronto and Bachelor of Arts (Economics) at the University of Western Ontario. Prior to joining the firm, he obtained his Chartered Professional Accountant, Chartered Accountant (CPA, CA) designation while working for a large, multinational public accounting firm. In addition, to being the Chief Financial Officer of Canadian General Investments, Limited Frank is the Senior Vice-President, Operations for Morgan Meighen & Associates where he is responsible for overseeing operations, finance, administration and human resources.
